Kevin earned an ACC credential with the ICF and has successfully coached dozens of private clients. Also, Kevin led a leadership coaching program for Booz Allen Hamilton, both as project manager and lead coach, and helped support the firm’s internal coaching program with a workshop series he designed and developed on “Emotional Intelligence for Leaders.” As an individual and team coach, Kevin leverages his master’s degree in instructional systems design and his decades of athletics coaching experience. Parent Coaching for Child / Student Support
This specialty coaching offers parenting methods, tools, feedback, and advice to support your deepest parenting responsibilities. This can include daily reminders and inspiration, one-on-one calls or meetings, and general resources to help you balance the hectic nature of the work-family balance. Kevin’s coaching will help you with parenting fundamentals like communication, not just within your family, but with your child or children’s school and your community.
Youth Coaching Strategy and Skill Planning
Are you looking for ways to elevate your coaching skills? Do you want to take your team experience as a youth coach to the next level? Are you interested in new ideas to apply to your program? Kevin can offer ways to coach kids effectively, answer your questions, and apply what you learn to your team or program.
Student AI Projects Coaching
Are you interested in your son or daughter gaining some knowledge and skills about AI trends and AI tools? If so, Kevin can design a special AI student coaching engagement for your family. The outcome will be a project specific to your child or children’s interests and/or school work. The coaching engagement will include an initial assessment to determine the needs and goals, a specific project designed for your student(s), information about AI in general, and resources for the student to learn more. Also, data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, etc. will all be discussed and incorporated into the project design.
